Current Status

I buy books for $0.49/lb from the St. Vincent DePaul Outlet Store on Chickering Ave. Kevin and I record/livestream on Mondays between 5:30-7:30pm. I have two boxes of books in my wheelbarrow and visit different parts of Cincinnati. I do not share where we will be. You must find the bookstore by chance.

Store Policies

• Limit of 1 book per person per day

• You must tell Kevin, me, and the livestream why you want the book that you pick

• No pricing apps/obvious reselling

Intentions

I will find a permanent home for the bookstore and keep regular hours. Books worth less than $20 will always be free. Books worth $20 or more will be sold. I will also sell books that I wrote, merch, snacks, coffee, and alcohol.

The Dream

I hope to create a community - and therefore a new source of happiness - around my two longest loves: used bookstores and free shit. I imagine spending all of my time in the cincinnati free bookstore, working on my projects and meeting likeminded people. I imagine the store hosting book clubs and writing groups. I imagine having a couple vending machines, and eventually a coffee bar, and eventually a bar-bar. Nothing crazy. Just a place to buy a drink while browsing the books.
